That table is amazing. First: it defines ”Fuel” as being measured in units of “person turns.” Then it doesn’t provide any units at all for things called Start, Wind Res., Cap., Vis., or “Warmth Provided at Given Dis.”!

Years back, our DM memorably entertained us with a minor hobgoblin villain with a "Sling Blade" drawl. I avoid using accents as a DM, as any attempt I'd make is/would be a terrible caricature.
