My few experiences buying from T&T were good, but if budget is an major factor then I would advise you to routinely search eBay for magazine lots. That's how I found most of mine.

I've been thinking that I could try to re-base them with 25mm plastic bases, if my obsessive personality traits can't deal with that. Do you think it's possible to do so?

Bummer :-( That's my main concern, since I wanted to buy some cheap Confrontation humans lots to use alongside D&D minis.

I've been pondering for quite a while whether buying some of the pre-painted minis from this line would be a good idea. My intention would be to use them alongside D&D minis for RPG purposes, but I can't seem to find any information of how they compare in size with those. Has anyone around here...

I was torn between RC and T1-4, but finally cast my vote for the RC :) I (would like to) think that T1-4 will probably be reprinted anyway, following the A and S series of reprints.

I would love to get this but, between the Rappan Athuk and Reaper Bones Kickstarters, I can't really justify spending that kind of money on any more RPG-related extravaganzas. :( At most, I'll get the Anniversary Edition in the future.
