Which 2014 feat allows the taking of Hex? Magic Initiate did, but it has been re-written, and the rules don't allow you to take-the-version-you-want. The 2024 Feytouched feat does let you get Hex (along with Misty Step), which might be what they're thinking. He could have, but that then...
