This is what makes it especially difficult to plan. We don't really know what's going to happen next week let alone six months from now. When I read the OP I immediately thought of all those books published in the 1990s I'm convinced were designed to be read rather than played.

Violence against humanoids might be a problem, but if we simply reclassify the goblin into a different creature type than killing them isn't problematic. WotC is attempting to have their cake and eat it too.

I haven't used every monster in the book, but today my 5th level party encountered a Vampire Spawn (CR 5). The fight took place in a room with permanent Darkness cast on it, so the vampire had Advantage on all attacks and the players Disadvantage. Once more, the party was handicapped because...

It also had Mathilda May running around in her birthday suit for a significant amount of time. And for a Cannon Film production it actually had good special effects. 10/10, one of the breast space vampire movies I've ever seen.

I'm certainly no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure you have a handful of years to file a suit for copyright infringement. I think this is just a guy talking out of his rear end and nothing will come of this. Or at least nothing positive the current Judge's Guild if they try to pursue this.

MW5: Clans has a more narrative campaign mode. One nice touch is the dialogue from Smoke Jaguar characters demonstrating they really don't understand the Inner Sphere or how they fight wars. The Clanners are very concerned about not wasting assets and are horrified at the dishonorable...

I've only a seen a few of the remastered episodes and I thought it was okay as they didn't really change the nature of the story. As Leonard Nimoy said, "The episodes that were bad then are still bad today, and the episodes that were good then are still good today." It's a little jarring...
