@GMMichael Good call! There's a 5E version of Dante's Inferno that I posted about not too long ago too! Not what OP is looking for, but for others wanting medieval England with Christianity a part of the setting, Lion and Dragon and Pendragon/Paladin come to mind.

Just wanted to point out this doesn't even use OLED.

Haven't compared them myself, but read even though Sword World serves as the foundation, Goblin Slayer is overall a pretty different game.
