It doesn't mean since you don't have a boost to two other NADs means it's a fail. They use Int/Dex because it is the most logical abilities for the subclass. You slice an enemy with basic attack using ur Int, then 'quickly' fire a secondary free attack which is Dex. I put emphasis on QUICKLY...

I can help you about the controllerish powers. The at-wills alone are controller powers, you can hit your current target a second time for free, or target another one and auto-hit with little damage. auto-miinion killer. and the effects are actually the useful ones. very useful to assist alllies...

There is a big difference between being invisible and being hidden. It does not mean if you're invisible you are also hidden.

I beg to disagree, you can never choose at-wills for your Blackguard since you're still choosing your vices like normal. And i think you cannot hybridize your own class, hence Executioner/Oassassin.

actually, the hide expertise does not let your Con Mod add to the AC bonus. It just gives a flat out +2 extra bonus. So assuming you have this feat, your hide armor should have a +5 to AC.
