What do you think about the Dervish? I like the Frenzied berserker, but like you said it's a little dangerous. I suppose if everyone stayed 30 ft away from me when all the bad guys are dead, then it wouldn't be so bad... I'll make both characters, just let me know which one you like better.

I think only a sense motive check would allow a guesstimation of a given creatures level, perhaps with the DM telling the player what level the person in question is, but the character would still only have a rough estimate of skill. I don't think someones level would affect the information...

Mind blank makes you immune to the void presence ability. Your best bet for sneak attacks would be having an item of improved blink, giving you a 50% miss chance and every one you attack is flat footed.

I'm in too. Level 20 gods cannot stand up to level 40 munchkin chars though. Maybe make them level 40 demigods, but not munchkinized. That would make it challanging. Just a suggestion.
