Return to Northmoor is a pretty interesting cast. I've only listened to a couple of episodes, but it's a podcast where they every other episode go through how they plan a D&D4 adventure, and every other is an AP cast where you can hear how it went.

The numbers scale very differently. A higher level fighter in 3e will have a much higher attack bonus, and probably AC, as well as hit points. And probably deals more damage.

You might want to hand out ritual cards, just like power cards. If they have a card with the ritual and all it's text on it they might remember them better.
