The book only goes to level 30. Also, they change their personal rating of a monster over level 20 into 'Mythic Ranks', which goes from 1 to 10. I thought that as well for a brief moment, then realized it means that you only need this requirement if you want to increase an ability score above 24, as described in the text. Could be worded more clearly in the future, but its fine for the time being IMO.
