    Computer Problem Fixed! Thanks!

Well, I unplugged and reseated all of my connections on my motherboard, and no dice. How else can I tell if I actually need a new CMOS battery?

    Computer Problem Fixed! Thanks!

I read something online about Advanced Power Management, but I couldn't find it where the site said it would be. I'll give those other options a try and let you guys know how it turns out! :D

    Gaming in Phoenix, AZ

Well, I'm here! I've been in Phoenix for about 2 weeks now, and I'm living in Avondale, on the west side. I checked out that website for Gamers Inn... wow! That seems like a really great store! So does the Imperial Outpost... I'll have to check them out tomorrow or next weekend!

    Computer Problem Fixed! Thanks!

My screen DOES go black... it doesn't say "It is now safe to..." like older computers. That's also what used to happen, but right when the screen went black, everything else would shut off. I'm not dual-booting or moving around partitions... My wife suggested that it might be a loose cable...

    Computer Problem Fixed! Thanks!

I have a custom-built computer that's running Windows XP. I've had it for almost 3 years now. I recently moved, and just unpacked it out of the box. I hooked it up and everything runs fine, except for one thing... They way it used to be: I would shut down my computer by going to Start ->...

What, If Anything, Might be Wrong with the Warblade?

I don't own the Bo9S, but all the talk about the classes in it around here has made me interested. Can anyone give me a quick run-down on what stances and manoeuvers are exactly? Also, are they randomized per use or something? Also, (heh) why does everyone say that White Raven is overpowered...

    low-light and concealment

PHB 3.5, pg. 165 - "Characters with low-light vision (elves, gnomes, and half-elves) can see objects twice as far away as the given radius. Double the effective radius of bright light and shadowy illumination for such characters."

    low-light and concealment

The PHB 3.5 says to double the ranges of both values.

    low-light and concealment

As already pointed out, Low-light Vision only concerns itself with light. Concealment granted by dense foliage, for instance, wouldn't have anything to do with Low-light Vision, or vice versa. In D&D 3.5, each light source has basically two values - closer and farther away. A torch provides...

I've got a problem in my game! Help!

FWIW, this IS a published adventure, namely Expedition to Castle Ravenloft, that I was running. It's also worth noting that I was running it because I don't have a lot of free time, and was running a published adventure not only because I wanted to, but also because I don't have the time out of...

I've got a problem in my game! Help!

Apparently, it doesn't make sense. Since I can't think of another way to say it, I will simply say it again, by copying the text from my previous post and pasting it into this one, and hope that you actually read it this time: "...it DOES mean that he cares about me as a friend, and THAT'S...

I've got a problem in my game! Help!

This I agree with. When you (Engilbrand) said "This seems like a worthless apology. It's just meant for appeasement without any true sorrow behind it," I think you missed the point. The point is that even if he didn't mean it, the fact that he STILL apologized would show me that he at least...
