"Injunction" => court orders you not to do something. WotC has requested an injunction. They have not filed one, because they can't, only a judge can do that. They have filed a request for one. "conduct colloquy" means "have a conversation", only it's formal.

Malice does not mean "with intent to cause harm". It's a term of art. "Actual malice" means either you knew it was false or you acted with "reckless disregard" for whether or not it was true. It is neither necessary, nor sufficient, to assert that someone intended harm.
