My point exactly. Your warlords had different weapons, feats, probably powers, even different personalities. Who cares if they had a similar attack bonus (which they probably did, since prime stat, weapon and possibly X Expertise are the only things that change it between equal-leveled...

As someone pointed out elsewhere, breasts on a rock is no weirder than arms or a head on the same. Much as I loathe the dragonboob whining, there are at least real boobless lizards to point to.

PHB2 page 219, under "Failed Saving Throw" confirms that effects don't change if you get a save outside the end of your turn. It requires that you consider death saving throws normal saving throws, though. (I would.)

Spell Accuracy is the feat that lets you omit your Wis mod in squares from an area or close attack. Epic tier, Wizard only.

Pimp My Treasure Parcel is nice for the gold parcels (doesn't bother with the items). If you use Masterplan, it's got standard lists for the gold too, but a little bland.

That aside, PHB2 and 3 have introduced a power source each (Primal and Psi). Dragon has started nibbling at Shadow, so I think it's likely that we'll see Shadow fully introduced as the new source in PHB4, and Elemental in PHB5. And then Unearthed Arcana...

4E - a mount has to be at least large regardless of the rider's size. Adult and Young dragons (from the MM1) are large.
