Pretty much yes. The Shadowfell is a shadowy version of the normal world, and the Feywild is a fairy-themed version of it. The Shadowfell is more "gloomy and inhabited by shades" than "full of badass monsters and rock music" like Zelda 3:s Dark World, though.
