Here is some info about the three Dungeon Tiles sheets in the 4th Edition Starter Set, in case anyone cares. Two of them are from DT7: Fane of the Forgotten Gods and one is from DU1: Halls of the Giant Kings. The sheet of player and monster tokens is new as far as I can tell.

Yep. I realize that the rules are in the core books (I believe insubstantial is explained in the PH, as well as the MM). I just wanted to let those that may have access to only the Starter Set that I could not find those rules therein.

Thanks for the sane response, Scott. In retrospect, my comment was poorly worded. My current FLGS (Games Plus) is awesome and I will probably end up buying the Draconomicon from them. I just wish the big discount from Amazon wasn't so tempting. Times are hard after all...

I think WotC is trying to put my FLGS out of business. $35 is bad enough, but with the Draconomicon at $40 I don't have any real choice but to order it from Amazon if I want to keep up with the 4E new releases...

I apologize if this is a stupid question, but if a kobold dragonshield can shift as a free action whenever an enemy moves adjacent, how exactly do you melee one?

I don't have it in front of me, but I believe the monsters go up to level 5. I will check to be sure this evening. I also don't think there is any info about making your own monsters or altering the level of others, but again I will check tonight.
