    Warmage...too weak? (Survivability)

That is debatable, but this is not the proper place for that debate. Instead go to http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=189985

    templates & skill points

Why wouldn't he? His extra skill point is a result of him being of the Human base race, not of his being of the "Humanoid" type.

    Old New Spell

Close isn't 25'+10' per level, it's 25' +5'/2 levels. At level 12, 20' per level works out to 240'. At level 12, Medium (100'+10'/level) works out to 220'.

Fighter2/Rogue1/Swash3: Where to go from here?

Shadow Blade only gives DEX to damage for Shadow Hand weapons. Elven Thinblade is not a Shadow Hand weapon.

Reincarnate or "I'm a bugbear now what?"

The "this is something your character is forced into through no fault of your own" thing. Most often character death is a result of a player's decision - unless it's Plot Death... but as the Lesson of Aeris shows, Phoenix Down does not work against Plot Death.

Reincarnate or "I'm a bugbear now what?"

Your character died. Died. That's no fault of yours? Of course he should. Any character can decide to no longer follow the adventurers' life, to strike out on their own or just curl into a ball and die. Uh, again. Or, you know, not be willing to return when they get the afterlife "Do You Want...

    Pearl of Black Doubt [Bo9S]

Which means that once your turn rolls around, you can use your move action to provoke Attacks of Opportunity from as many mooks as you can manage, to further enhance its benefits. It actually fits flavor-wise as well - the competent martial artist taunting the mob of "guards" or "gang members"...

The two in combination is even better, since prone opponents have a -4 penalty to melee attack rolls.

    Item Creation

If it can be used by anyone, it isn't a spell trigger item. A spell trigger item requires the character to have the spell on their spell list, or to make a UMD DC 20 check - an activation method that doesn't have those requirements isn't a spell trigger.

    Item Creation

True. My bad. However, a potion that is use activated by drinking has a standard action as activation time because no matter what spell is in the potion, drinking one is a standard action. I wanted to point out that "use activated" doesn't mean "takes as long as drinking a potion".

    magic weapon spell question

Only if it's nonmagical. Magical ammo always breaks.
  13. E

    Item Creation

No it doesn't. Spell trigger items are wands and staffs. Spell completion items are scrolls and the like. Potions are potions. Wondrous items are none of those types.

    Spiked chain question

Disarm is an opposed attack roll. Someone with Weapon Finesse and a high DEX has just as good a chance to disarm someone as someone with as high a STR and the same base attack bonus.

    Item Creation

I don't know where you are getting the number 4 from. A level 4 ranger has caster level 2.

    Exotic weapon proficiency

In principle, you are correct. But you don't need EWP (Kukri) because the Kukri is a Martial weapon.

    The FAQ on Sunder ...

It's a possible interpretation, but yes, I don't think at this point that I will agree that it is a correct interpretation. So we'll leave it at that. I hope I haven't insulted or anything - reading through some of my posts I come across a bit condescending. I assure you that was not my intent.

    magic weapon spell question

Au contraire. One casting of Greater Magic Weapon will affect 50 arrows, so if you're going to be counting arrows, you should multiply the cost by 20/50 because that's how large a part of the potential target of the spell that you can maximally activate with the quiver.

    Twin Shields And Attack Options

I know, I'm not saying, "this sucks donkey, man. You should totally forget about the idea and go hide beneath your bed." I'm saying, "it's important to remember that a shield bonus doesn't stack with another shield bonus, so this might not work so well defensively as it looks like." It's still a...

    The FAQ on Sunder ...

Attack (melee) is a defined action that grants a melee attack. So is the Full Attack action, the Cast a Spell action (sometimes), and so on and so forth. Because Attack (melee) is not the only action that grants a melee attack, it doesn't have to be Action type: Varies. There are different...
