Personally, I am putting off any personal lst file construction until PCGen goes xml or db driven. Don't care which, just either-or. Until then... I think I'm stuck with my old lst files.

I know PsyWar isn't out yet, but I'm going to start looking for UPrC1. The review had a link to amazon, but they don't seem to have a record of the book. It will most likely be available at the UK shop on Mongoose's website, but I don't want to pay 50% of the book's cost in shipping it (*ack*).

I would say that it affects them, as it is used to stop the movement of creatures provoking AoO. Since most objects don't provoke AoO's, they were most likely ommitted from the description. I believe that they would force a fort save, replacing their charisma modifier for their con modifier...
