Originally, I was writing them up with a -2 Wisdom for just that reason. Then my wife pointed out that Spot, Listen, and Survival are all Wisdom based, and at least Spot and Listen are sort of a Klingon forte. :) I like that Intimidate as a class skill, always, though... I may have to add that...

I don't know that there IS an absolute maximum.. The answer he gives puts it at half-way between the Draconic parent, and the non-Draconic parent... According to the Monster Manual, the upper ages of Dragons end at + ... That tells me they're virtually immortal ... So... what's half-way...

For X-Men style action... I'd go with Blood and Vigilance. Starting at 7th - 10th level.. I'd likely go the lower end.
