This thread makes me feel extremely fortunate that I’ve been gaming with the same group for over 30 years. While we have some differences in taste, they are pretty darn minor compared the what the OP is going through.

I think it was a jab at the culture surrounding a publicly traded company (being beheld to the shareholders with majority stakes), not shareholders in general. But unprofessional nonetheless. Never burn a bridge unless you have nothing to loose (and maybe that’s the case for him).
