I voted Sociable, mostly cause that applies to most of the guys i play with. Some though are close, but typically half are more are sociable. People I hang out with every now and again outside of gaming.

Thats cool hopefully the GM likes it and uses it. I know it sucks when you come up with a great back story with plot hooks only to have the GM ignore it.

Ah ok, I know who you mean now. It has just been a long time since I read those books now. Almost 2 years since the last one of that series came out.

In addition to those listed I would suggest the Urban Adventures by 0one games as well. There is currently 6 in the series and they all take place inside of a city. There is some dungeon crawl involved but not a lot in the couple I have.

Not sure who Blackjack is or at least the name doesn't ring any bells with me. As for the stats it varies from group to group on how they do it. So for some groups that would be high and for others normal.

Personally I would, but then I tend to give histories that explain how and why my PC's learned what they did. I don't require it but as a GM I love it when PC's do that, I personally tend to always figure out ways to work their history into the game in the future at some point to make it more...

Maybe and maybe not. We have no way to know. While i agree with you that he is likely in the typical group, no way to know. Personally I find posts buy game shop owners interesting especially when they talk about how their shop runs, what sells in their area ect. I just find it fascinating.
