Drizzt is okay in my book. I like the earlier stories until around Passage to Dawn when my interest in him started to wane. As far as I know, 4e really didn't do much. Salvatore's sequence of Drizzt novels continue unabated. Fans demanded more Drizzt Do'Urden after the Icewind Dale Trilogy...
