    TSR NuTSR Declares Bankruptcy

I think that’s a very generous interpretation of Ernie’s actions in this.

    TSR NuTSR Declares Bankruptcy

Yep, and if good friends warn you that you're making bad choices and you still make them, there's no excuses left to make.

    TSR NuTSR Declares Bankruptcy

Ernie had plenty of opportunities to pick a side and plenty of friends warning him of the path he was taking. He absolutely picked his side and I feel like he gets everything he deserves with this.

Could not have happened to nicer people. I wish them a future as good as they are.

Zeck's Shoppe of Riches: An Interview With Philip Reed

The thing I've never been able to understand is how Phil has so many great creative ideas! Seriously, Phil has more creative ideas in his left pinky than I do in my entire body! :)

The Plight of Owen KC Stephens and the Quest to Help Him

Everything I’ve heard or read about health care and health insurance in America makes me grateful that I live in Australia where a basic level of health care and hospital services are either free or affordable for all. The health care system in America just feels like capitalism taken too far.

The Plight of Owen KC Stephens and the Quest to Help Him

I’ll never tire of hearing that Star Wars story. Both the story itself and the way Owen tells it is just awesome. Owen himself also seems like a great person and I hope that he’s able to get through all of this.

RPG Crowdfunding News – S&W, Magical Kitties Noir, Wetrunner, and more

Yeah, seeing campaigns from creators I’ve never heard of before get massive backings makes me feel like I’ve been left in grognard territory! 😂

RPG Crowdfunding News – S&W, Magical Kitties Noir, Wetrunner, and more

The odd thing is they have way more Kickstarter backers than they do Patrons though.

RPG Crowdfunding News – S&W, Magical Kitties Noir, Wetrunner, and more

Also, $1m RPG Kickstarters really are commonplace now. Loot Tavern, who I've never heard of before, had a $1.8m, 18k backer, Kickstarter campaign in July 2021 for a 5E monster supplement and look like they're on track for another one here. Where are these creators growing their base as I feel...

RPG Crowdfunding News – S&W, Magical Kitties Noir, Wetrunner, and more

Wetrunner: Cyberpunk Fishing Heist Action is my new leader for wackiest RPG I've come across! I'm not sure I've ever thought of cyberpunk and fishing in the same postcode, let alone as a concept for an entire RPG. Stuff like this makes me realise just how much more creative other people are...

RPG Crowdfunding News – Blood for the Khan, Daughter of Frankenstein, Dungeon Denizens, and more

Cheers for the answer and the insight. It definitely doesn’t come across as self-congratulatory at all.

RPG Crowdfunding News – Blood for the Khan, Daughter of Frankenstein, Dungeon Denizens, and more

Nah, I heard they’re pretty full of themselves! 😂 Seriously though, what do you think it is you’ve been able to do that so many other RPG publishers haven’t?

RPG Crowdfunding News – Blood for the Khan, Daughter of Frankenstein, Dungeon Denizens, and more

What is it about Ghostfire Gaming’s products that have enabled them to have million dollar Kickstarters? There must be something unique about them, but I just can’t see what it is.

D&D General If You Wanted a LIfe-Sized Mimic Chest, Now's Your Chance

I’m surprised that people are willing to pay that much, but if WizKids keeps releasing stuff like this, clearly enough people are buying them to warrant them creating more.

RPG Evolution: My Gaming Goals for 2023

My main goals are: 1. Be more engaged as a player in our current game. I've got into the bad habit of allowing myself to be distracted by my phone during the session and I need to stop that and focus on the game. 2. Start a monthly campaign with my kids. They'd definitely be interested, I just...

WotC What is the last WotC adventure you played in or DM'd?

The last one I played in was Tomb of Annihilation. We played it from start to finish and had a great time. I was a little underwhelmed by the final boss battle, but the campaign itself was awesome fun. Not sure if that was due to the campaign, our DM, or both. Surprisingly we had only 1 death in...

D&D General What is the last OGL adventure you DM'd or played in?

Unfortunately, due to the licensing issues, it’s almost certain to never happen.

D&D General What is the last OGL adventure you DM'd or played in?

A while back Dungeon magazine had some good Challenge of Champions adventures you may like. Dragon Annual #5 had a cool 1st level puzzle dungeon too.

Wow, that’s a big backing of confidence from Paramount to pony up the cash for a Super Bowl ad spot for the movie!
