    Will all spells be attacks?

There do seem to be utility spells, but to a far lesser extent apparently (for example Mirror Image, Fly, Greater Invisibility). Which is a little iffy in my mind, but at least it makes wizard spell selection less fireball vs. phantom steed.

Shinobi - My Take on a Naruto Based Class

I think shinobi as found in the Naruto manga would all be strikers at 1st level. Paragon/Epic paths would lend to leader/controller-like abilities, or perhaps feats to accommodate the "Medical Ninja" in the party.

Shinobi - My Take on a Naruto Based Class

Separate classes might be the best if you want really minute, detailed differences between different "shinobi." Which, in an all-shinobi game, might make sense. Taking for granted that more than just this class can be played... I think one class to cover Shinobi works better in principle than...

    Warlove? Warhate?

5 Warlords If I just make my players call the class something else, "Knight Errant" may be the best idea I can come up with. Though "Soldier" has a nice ring to it. My second problem with Warlords is: Moreso than any other class (except Paladins perhaps, though I'd have to see some...

    D&D 4E Dark Sun Conversion to 4E

Dark Sun, 2nd Edition Half-Giants... I made one once, 1st level fighter-type. Rolled for a wild psionic talent, got one. Rolled for which talent, got Death Field. Put my best score into Constitution, Death Fielded everything around me (at first level had around 60 hitpoints) into oblivion...

    Warlove? Warhate?

Hobbits always. Wilco the Hobbit: "You just call me 'halfling'?! You can't say that. 'Halfling' is OUR WORD." Man, Warlords are just WotC looking at Iron Heroes and realizing the idea behind the Hunter class was a good one and deciding to dress it up with a really wrong title.

    Monstrous Races for PCs wishlist

They have disguised themselves with the code name "Eladrin." To the OP: +2 Str, +2 Con might be the safest bet as you suggested, since they aren't full Orcs and it would seem most Humans will not have the genetic predisposition towards being beefy like I think Orcs generally are these days...

    PrCs

Just so. Prestige classes were sort of a fix for the problem of multiclassing; unfortunately, prestige classes weren't focused on trying to reconcile different class functions so much as changing or enhancing traditional class functioning. The randomness of the options available made it an...

    Warlove? Warhate?

Yes, Warlord is a misnomer. Because the word implies a certain degree of power that a 1st level character probably doesn't have; moreover, it implies an intrinsically greater amount of influence than any other class, except perhaps Paladin. Paladin ended up working out all right, maybe Warlord...
