Can a rogue sneak attack the ghost of a gelatinous cube?

Correct; the best way to look at it is if a monster's not an ooze, actual elemental, incoporeal, or a swarm (forgot that one!), then unless it says otherwise, you can sneak attack it. As for fortification... we did indeed keep it as-is, but for the levels of play that the PRPG is designed for...

Can a rogue sneak attack the ghost of a gelatinous cube?

Correct; the Bestiary will have the full skinny on what can and can't be sneak attacked. The short version, though, is that incorporeal creatures, oozes, and elementals (as in earth/air/fire/water) cannot be sneak attacked.

The Thing, run as a game?

Check out the d20 stats for the Star Doppelganger in the Menace Manual for Matt Sernett's take on the monster in d20 stats. I am particularly amused by this part of the book, of course, because in return for loaning Matt my copy of the movie to research for the monster, he turned me into a...

    Random Wands and Scrolls

I really REALLY wanted to fit random treasure generation tables into the book, but it simply wasn't something we had room to do fully when it came to potions and wands and scrolls. Which still saddens and annoys me. Fortunately, the tables in the DMG still mostly work for rolling these up if you...

Pathfinder 1E Golarion: I'm very impressed

Correct; in fact, there'll eventually be an Adventure Path that leads over to Tian Xia and Minkai (our Japan analogue).

    Art Gallery?

I suspect so; it'll probably be a while though.

    Art Gallery?

Yeah; the best place to get good-sized copies of the images for your home use in your game is to copy them out of the PDF. We do post a fair amount of the images to our blog as well, and most of the more frequently used ones like symbols and iconic characters and flags and runes and the like can...

    Why do elves sleep now?

Elves not sleeping is indeed relatively setting specific, and while trances are in Elves of Golarion, it's something we'll honestly probably be moving away from in Golarion. We've done a fair amount to reimagine our elves, and by having them sleep (or at least implying they sleep) does help to...

    What's Seltyiel like?

Yeah; since we loosened the paladin's code a little in Pathfinder (they can now work with evil allies as long as it's for a greater good and as long as they try to redeem the evil ally, etc.) we wanted to establish that fact right at the start by having our iconic paladin and the iconic...

    The Council of Thieves AP

The Cheliax Companion is out; it's a 32 page book for both players and GMs. The devil book (Book of the Damned: Princes of Darkness) is coming out in a month or so; Gen Con and RPG matters bullied it around and it slipped its schedule a bit.

Pathfinder 1E The Pathfinder Campaign Setting ??

All of the domains are updated and now part of the core game, so no worries there. Beyond that, the vast majority of the Campaign Setting should fit into the PRPG with very little problem.

Pathfinder 1E Azlant Adventure, and Using Pathfinder with Mythos

We ARE being pretty cautious, actually. We're not really sure yet how we want to proceed with out-of-house Golarion content; it's a really important part of Paizo and one we're hesitant to part with. So steeling one's self against being disappointed is probably wise. But yeah... Azathoth is...

Pathfinder 1E Azlant Adventure, and Using Pathfinder with Mythos

Who said anything about declining yet? I think it sounds kinda cool too! :) Of course, Red Eye of Azathoth sounds super cool too... hmmm... I have a home-brew post-apocalyptic Cthulhu mythos meets Fallout RPG I wrote up back in the day for d20, and I updated the rules a few months ago to work...

    iPhone App

Making the app basement-friendly should be at the top of our to-do list, I would hope. :)

    Pathfinder 1E [Pathfinder]Bestiary Preview

The icons aren't open content. They're part of Paizo's layout design and trade dress and all that. We might add the icons to the fan resource kit some day, but they're supposed to sort of help make a Paizo new monster look identifiably like a Paizo new monster, I guess.

    4 new "base" classes?

Both were statted up in different Pathfinder APs. 1) Deep Crow: This is a scary giant underground four-legged ancient eldritch crow monster we statted up from Penny Arcade's awesome web comic. 2) Coeurl: This is a black catlike tentacled monster invented by Sci-Fi author A. E. Van Vogt back in...

    4 new "base" classes?

They will indeed be open content. Pretty much everything we do when it comes to crunch is open content, with the exception of things like deep crows and coeurls.

    iPhone App

It's still VERY early in the coding stage, but what I've seen of it so far is pretty spiffy!

    4 new "base" classes?

What Erik said about psionics and lack of communication, alas. And things aren't gonna get less busy for us in the immediate future, with our impending move to the bigger office. It wasn't anything intentional, for sure. As for the new core classes in next year's "Advanced Player's Guide," one...

    Pathfinder 1E [Pathfinder]Bestiary Preview

Thanks for all the kind words and feedback, everyone! The final book is really cool; I think it turned out even better than the RPG and can't wait to see it on shelves. As for the monster icons... we put those in there as much as to differentiate the look of our monster stat blocks from 3.5 as...
