Well, there's always Flyby Attack, which does for flying what you want Spring Attack to do for walking. It doesn't have the AoO clause, so it's no as nifty, but if you really wand to move, maneuver, and move on out, it's the best you have without 3.0 Haste.

The only way I know of getting more then one additional attack (as from haste, righteous wrath of the faithful, or a weapon of speed), is from either the Dancing Mongoose boost or the Raging Mongoose boost from ToB:Bo9S. The DM grants up to two extra attacks (if you have two or more weapons)...
