    Signature is too long?

Thank you! Kinda silly this site limits you to one line, and you have to shrink the text to get the line to work.

    Magic Missile while blinded

How do you point at the enemy? You can't see it. The magic missile won't know where to go. You're effectively pointing off into the darkness. Just because I'm pointing in one direction doesn't mean it's going to necessarily follow that path.. read the description of the power. It says it's...

    Magic Missile while blinded

I humbly disagree because Magic Missile is a Ranged Basic Attack, AND/OR a Standard action. In order to do a standard action OR a ranged basic attack against a target you have to see what you're targeting because otherwise how will you know what to hit with the line of effect? You have line of...

    Magic Missile while blinded

You're unable to tell that it's line of effect isn't blocked because you're too busy being blinded, therefore you can't throw off the effect to actually have the affect ... effect. Therefore you cannot have line of sight to throw the object or spell.

Swordmage Feat Swordbond for a Warden - Thoughts?

*Nod* I was looking at this: Warden-Defender Paladin-Defender Cleric-Leader Artificer-Leader Wizard-Controller Rogue-Striker ---- Possible from one person's choice point of view: ---- Bard-Leader Sorc-Striker Rogue-Striker Either way it might look like I need to take up some sort of control...

Swordmage Feat Swordbond for a Warden - Thoughts?

OH HECK NO! Me: Warden. Paladin. Possible Rogue, Bard, or Sorc (he doesn't know what he's rerolling as yet..) used to be a Warlock. Rogue (and this guy rocks.. he consistently rolls natural 20s!) Artificer Cleric Wizard *thinks* I think that's the whole party.

    STILL No Character Builder Update?

I'm not putting any stock in it what-so-ever, but, I thought it was interesting that the July 2010 Errata said that they'd update again ..October 5th.. 2010. So.. That would explain why we've seen a massive delay. That and we're also getting ready for a massive change over to the Essentials...

Swordmage Feat Swordbond for a Warden - Thoughts?

We may have two rogues.. I know we've got one, but we may have another soonish. I took Nature Sense with it because we have two tanks.. me, the warden and a paladin, and it just seemed extremely beneficial to give us massive cover while we beat the crap out of stuff while the rogue has fun...

    Magic Missile while blinded

Magic Missile: Ranged Sight says: Line of Sight says: Line of Effect says: So reread the Line of Sight part. It says: If you can't see the target (for instance, if you're blind or the target is invisible). you can't have line of sight to it even if you could draw an unblocked line between...

Accurate Staff with the Writhing Vine Weapon +6.. When you immobilize a target with a melee attack using this weapon the target grants combat advantage until the end of your next turn. It also grants +1d6 attack rolls, damage rolls, and 1d6 on crits. Seriously.. You can find some REALLY nice...

Man.. I can't thumb you up for that epic post.. so beautifully written and the dice were a nice touch.

Check and comment this wizard build

Here in lies the Crux of the situation, and I don't know if anyone will back me up on this but I certainly hope someone will. IF You take Implement Expertise Wand or Staff, most Staffs or Wands will probably benefit your character more and better than Tome of Readiness. If you take a look...

Swordmage Feat Swordbond for a Warden - Thoughts?

I thought it might be useful if my sword breaks or gets separated from me.. I remembered back in my old D&D games that weapons would break and be taken away and etc, It seemed a lot of you tend to agree that it's useless for me (or a Warden in general), so I decided to call my DM and ask him...

Swordmage Feat Swordbond for a Warden - Thoughts?

Great post.. Thank you for your input. :D Here's what I'm looking at at least... so far: Weapons and stuff may change of course, but, yeah.. this is .. the general jist of it.. I don't think I'll be taking that if it multiclasses me. Course, that's a ways away as I'm only level 2 at the moment...

    Red Box

I really, really hope you're right. I was at my local Geek-shop tonight and two kids in the 8-13 (wearing pokemon shirts to give you an idea) were looking at miniatures and stuff (the D&D board game and what not).. In the end, they bought something like 15 hero-clicks, 2 sets of dice, the red...

Swordmage Feat Swordbond for a Warden - Thoughts?

I was not multiclassed as a Swordmage, and when I bumped my stats upto the required stats, it let me take it. Try it in the DDI character creator. It will let you take it.

    Signature is too long?

I've tried tons and tons of various signatures, but the one I'm currently trying to work with is: Remember: The Tarrasque is 70 ft long, 50 ft tall & it weighs about 130 tons. It also loves hugs. But, it keeps saying: No matter how long I make my signature. What's going on?

How do you handle players who arrive late and players who leave early?

It's a good thing Bard's are known for their Charisma and music than their direction then.. eh? :heh:

Swordmage Feat Swordbond for a Warden - Thoughts?

I'd like to correct you here ODM,.. I used the character creator today and cranked my characters stats to Con: 13 & Int: 13.. and I could take it, and I wasn't a Swordmage multiclass. :) I was just checking, I'm new to D&D 4e. :) I asked my DM about it and he said it'd be a waste of a feat...
