This totally cool mini comes from the fantasy wargame Chronopia, but will soon be cast as the "mean ogre who lives in the cave in the woods" in my next game of QLM. This model is solid metal and is HEAVY. It also took a long time to paint, but I think it was worth it. Very fun toy!

I really like the Reaper Snake Men minis. Because she rules, my wife got me some for my birthday (along with a bunch of other RPG stuff) :cool: Anyway, wanting each to be unique, I swapped out the weapons on my "doubles". Please let me know what you think. Thanks!

Richard, This is great work! Your colors and shading are really, really impressive! I detect a strong Warhammer influence in "Plague Wind" and Hell Machine". While I don't play the mini game anymore, I think Warhammer is a great place to get inspiration from. Sick twisted stuff! Excellent...

I have to second Kweezil, reccomending the books. In addition to the cool prestige classes, I was impressed with the number of useful feats to be found in the Power of the Jedi book. Of course, I run a Star Wars campaign, so you may not find them quite as useful. Still, I enjoyed both books...

Not really. Tried it once, and it went so poorly, I ended up cutting out the middle eight rooms and bringing the PCs straight to the end. They were really releived to get out of the dungeon, as was I! Mind you, like many other posters, the PCs have to enter the occasional crypt or sewer...

Andrew, Here are a few things that worked for me when I got burnt out recently: 1. Let one or more of the players run some games. This need not be a campaign in it's own right. 2. Change games. Several times. You may end up missing the "main game". 3. Play a boardgame. I reccomend...

That does sound like fun! If you want to see how other people (authors) address this sort of setting , check out Mike Mignola's Hellboy comics or the Necrosope series by Brian Lumley. Both contain organizations that investigate the paranormal, which never seems to come from just one source...

MisterGone, I think D20 Modern is broad enough to cover just about everything you listed. And using D20 lets you steal from other D20 games with relative ease. So, any chance of getting some more details of what you're running? It sounds absolutely crazy...and totally fun! Goos luck to you.

Well, Reaper Minis are the best for D&D, but it looks like you already know that. Try Celtos minis from I-Kore: www.i-kore.com They are pricey, but totally cool!
