Nope and nope. Eight players, for each of the last three campaigns. The first two each lasted about 5 years, and the current 3rd Ed campaign has been going on for three; we play approximately bi-weekly for 6 hours a week and usually take two months off in summer. They're just hitting 7th level.

How about just able to cast a certain level of paladin spells?

From my last long campaign: Short Sword of Speed - Swiftslayer Longsword with Purpose: kill arcane casters - Dweomerbane, Cleaver of Artifice A nasty battle-axe - Cleansing Wind. That's all I can think of right now... no one has named their weapons in the current campaign...

Actually, it's probably easier to block the master bowman's arrow as opposed to the poor shot, because you know the master is gonna shoot you in the heart... *laugh*

I really think the circumstance bonuses of that feat are supposed to only apply when dealing with Fey, that takes the power down a bit. Has anyone asked the author/designer about that? And, by the book, it looks like a 1st level character with the feat would get the x4 starting multiplier...

Is there some new show that combines all three that I'm not aware of?!?!? ;) Which network?

Hmmm... what's the problem? Third almost seems weak to me. How is this worse than a fireball? Or, heck, two magic missiles? What kind of problems are you having with it?

Actually, drugs are just like poison: the secondary effect doesn't kick in until a minute (10 rounds) later. I think you've got the rules right, just realize that the two drugs listened for "Extreme" and "Vicious" are, essentially magical/extraplanar smack, so they *should* be dangerous...

People like you more when you're good... would you rather have Good neighbours or Evil neighbours? I think that can be a big advantage, at least it is in my campaign... now, the benefits of Chaos or Law is a whole other kettle of fish...

The paladin in our party... ...is a nice guy... He's friendly, good-natured, compasionate, takes care of orphans in his off-duty time and has even influenced other PCs to change their alignments towards Lawful Good because of his sterling example. How's that for an "anti"-paladin? *laugh*

When there aren't any spellcasters... ...clothes keep my party alive! Winter gear has saved my PCs several times... the campaign takes place in a northern clime, and when the "Endure Elements" have been turned into "Cure Light Wounds" those heavy furs keep away Old Lady Frost... *laugh*

Well, that makes a bit more sense! I went and looked it up in the Dragon where it first appeared and there it also had the ranged attack Feats as requirements, so, I was a little confused. I think I might even add Weapon Specialization: Dagger, Kukri, or Punching Dagger to the requirements in...

I can see that as a logical choice as the character progresses, but it hardly makes sense as a *pre*-requisite for a melee-focused knife fighter. The "Master Thrower" has those two feats as requirements as well, which makes complete sense, and almost seems to be a cut and paste error of some...

Well, that sounds like people using Knowledge: Arcana to perform magic... I suppose there could be some Knowledge: Religion in there as well. It could be skill based magic, you just need the know-how!
