I'm not the greatest player in the world, but I try to stay in character as much as I can. My bad habits are OOC jokes and rules questions / objections. (I don't label myself a rules lawyer because I've been mostly successful at learning to let things drop once I've pointed out my question.)...

Living Rokugan uses the 2nd edition system (d10 based, not d20 based). In the past, Call of Cthulu has used the BRP system; I suspect this is still the case. Looks like Living Force is d20-based, 'though. . . . . . . . -- Eric

FYI, you shouldn't have any difficulty getting the modules if you are signerd up as a judge and can view PDFs. (I found this out when I signed up and expressed the same 1-day before request.) BTW, I responded to this post, and will be running 4 slots of Living Rokugan for the early sessions...

First, consider how "mushy" you want the PCs to be before the engagement even begins. Blue dragons can destroy water, but this one only at 30' range. They can also move fast enough to attack unattended objects (mounts, campsites) and escape while the PCs are busy with other problems. Cure...
