amazon.co.uk. The price has risen since I pre-ordered in November, but they honour the lowest price between the time ordered and the time shipped, so I get it for £11.21.

I've found that if I pre-order a book on amazon.co.uk shortly after it is announced, then it ships pretty much on time. Since we're always a little behind the US, I check reviews and cancel if it doesn't sound as good as I expected.
