The +4 Charisma is nice for a sorcerer but a Savage Species Pixie is 5 ECL when it finishes it's Monstrous Levels. A human Sorcerer 10 has 6/6/6/6/5/3 spells per day and knows. The Pixie's spells per day are 6/6/4. The Human has access to 5th level spells, the Pixie gets second level spells...
