The PHB says that a starting Wizard has ALL cantrips in his spell book. What if you are a specialist Wizard? Do you still get ) lvl spells from opposed schools? Also, do you get to cast a bonus 0 lvl spell from your specialized school? Specialists get to cast one extra spell from each spell...

If Identify only reveals one power, how can a PC ever discover exactly what thier magic items do? There's probably a higher level spell for that, but what is it? If there isn't, how can they identify?
