Incantatrix, Metamagic Spell Trigger and Heighten Spell

Based on the discription of Heighten Spell, I'd say 19, but I don't have the discription of the Metamagic Spell Trigger handy.

    Alter Self

Even multi-limbed creatures are limited to two rings. There is, however, a feat in Savage Species that let's multi-limbed creatures exceed the normal limitations.

Sundering worn objects (like belt pouches)

What do the rules say about what constitutes as being protected? I would think anything you're opponent is holding or wearing would be considered protected. Otherwise it probably works just as you described it. Serves your opponent right leaving it exposed.

    Multiclass my rogue?

It would have to be 5 levels. The arcane trickster requires the ability to cast 3rd level arcane spells.

    Multiclass my rogue?

More often than not, the coolest feats (IMO) have Dodge and Mobility as prerequisites. It's become a pitfall for me when I make high dex PCs/NPCs to give them those two feats.

Does Vow of Poverty have Epic benefits?

WWDMD: What Would Dungeon Master Do? Just out of curiousity, if you DMed a character with VoP into epic levels how would you handle it. Would you allow the ability bonuses to keep going? AC bonuses? resistance bonuses? Exalted feats? etc... Has anyone DMed a character into epic levels with...

    Multiclass my rogue?

To add to this, if you have access to Races of Faerun, I personally recommend the Low Blow and Improved Low Blow feats. Low Blow, as a full attack action, allows you to step into an opponents square at least one size bigger than you and attack him flatfooted. The movement triggers an AoO, but...

But they have grace which gives a competence bonus to reflex saves. The Duelist and Bladesinger are PrCs are good compliments to the swashbucker especially those with high int scores.

    Converting PrClasses into Base Classes

Yes, Knowledge (religion) for clerics, Knowledge (arcana) for wizards and sorcerers, and Knowledge (nature) for druids (the bard becomes a full-fledged PrC so it can't be taken at first level. Druid will become the favored class for gnomes). Maybe there'll be some other skill requirements...

Hee hee... high standards of poverty.

Tornado attack, Either stupidly over powered or stupidly complicated.

That sounds like a whirlwind cleave, which would bump your feat requirements up by two or three (Power Attack, Cleave, and Great Cleave). But I don't quite see the picture you're trying to paint with this feat that whirlwind attack doesn't invoke. It seems like you're trying to create a...

    Vow of Poverty and Shapechange

I wouldn't. The VoP says "You man not [...] 'borrow' a cloak of resistance or any other magic item from a companion for even a single round..." I'd rule since you can't borrow magic items, you can't borrow a costly focus either.

    Augment Healing and Vigor

It's not all that powerful, the Sacred Healing feat allows you to use one of your turning attempts to give all your allies (including yourself) within 60' fast healing 3 for x + charisma modifier rounds (if I'm remebering it correctly). It's in the Complete Divine somewhere.

    Sidestepping or Holding

A character is only allowed one attack per opportunity regardless of the number of weapons being wielded. So even if you're enlarged/expanded and fighting with two weapons, you still only get one attack when he enters your reach, and only one more when he leaves the first space of your reach...

    Old bones...

That sounds like the better way to go. I think 5/bludgeoning is the standard for skeletal creatures. but if you feel like making them just a bit tougher, there's nothing wrong with boosting the DR. I don't think it's enough to warrent a change in the CR.

Tornado attack, Either stupidly over powered or stupidly complicated.

I vote for overly complicated. You only get one attack, and that attack only has a 5% chance of hitting everyone within 5', otherwise you just have a standard action being used as a full attack action. The penalty that comes in when you miss is a bit of a kicker: AoO from everyone within 5'...

What mechanic do you use to determine ability scores?

I use this one, and rerolls are only allowed if a) highest stat is 13 or less or b) ability modifiers add up to be less than +5.

    Converting PrClasses into Base Classes

Bard, definitely the bard. It should be more like the 1E version. Thank goodness for the UA. I thought about implementing a rule saying that every class after the first in which a character takes levels (not including the favored class) has requirements. i.e. a dwarf with levels in rogue has...
