Good review. I feel sorry for the poor wizard... tough breaks for him. Should've gone with Acid Arrow. Yeah, nothing says rad cantrip like Prestidigitation or Mage Hand. I try to avoid modules and pre-gen characters because I have no attachment to them and they're usually not how I'd build them...

Half-wanted, half-don't care? It's more along the lines of preferred for the sake of trying to follow the general 4e fluff. Also, I've found that I prefer figs in D&D that look at least somewhat like how I imagine the characters to look. Dragonboobs? Eh, useful for helping to illustrate gender...

Agreed. But, I think fire tends to be the generic PC's elemental damage type of choice, so I think it makes a good default. Maybe there's a feat to train an additional elemental resistance? That could be pretty sweet.

You know, that suddenly makes me think of a tactically-minded Tiefling Striker who goes in, hits hard, and then lures the baddies back to be hit by a wizard/dragonborn with a lot of fire. Could be good times.

A person can still be forced to use their at-wills w/ unarmed attacks. That could be both cruel and fun in some situations (especially if you play up someone's knuckles getting bloody on their friend's armour. That would be miserable. I like it). Although, I think NPCs shouldn't be fully aware...

HSB, you make excellent points. Well-stated. I did have older Rammstein in mind, and Dragonforce does get grating. A lot. But some of it (like you said) is enjoyable. I think your warnings should be considered before listening to the music I suggested or including it in a game.
