I'd say they have the ability (and some parental behaviour encourages it) but not the right. I had to play marvel super heroes, and villains and vigilantes at high school, 'cause D&D was too contraversially 'bad'

I'm sure some would still have issues with Vampire PCS even without that one gaming mechanic. I dont see how losing that one thing would equal no problems.
