How's that pestering going, James? I plan on playing a bard in the Pathfinder Society games at Gen Con and any news would be welcome. I'm hoping for 1st-level spells at 1s-level and a more standard (and expanded) spell progression following. -peter

Ah! Just the news I have been waiting for. The song of Doom sounds particularly sweet as does the +3 to Knowledge skills. I'm hoping with that the bard has weak backwards compatibility since the base was so flimsy to begin with.

Erik, the news item posted today is exactly the verbiage I submitted after seeing your post. Thanks ENWorld (I'll have to increase your standing as "Eh" World!) I guess the onus is on us Pathfinderites (?) to get those scoops in. I'll be happy to do my part and keep 'em coming. -Peter

4e is fun in the way Gauntlet is fun. But aside from the names, it doesn't feel like D&D to me. Each new tidbit about 4e makes me value my 3.5 collection more than ever. I'll be running Pathfinder.

Since I didn't see a post from anyone saying that they had done so, I submitted a news item for Release 2. We'll see what happens.
