Anyone got Dragon Magazine #332 yet?

Thanks for the positive feedback, Dark Psion. I'll make sure that the author hears about it as well. :)

    Help me find this article

I believe the article you are looking for is on page 96 of Dragon #320. It's a DM's Toolbox article by Johnn Four about designing a five-room dungeon. While Paizo is out of that issue in our stock, it is available as a PDF download from paizo.com.

Great Wayne Renolds Art that Dragon would never use for a cover

Don't worry about that. It's not like I'd get around to looking at it today anyway... Now, while Jason and James continue their flame war here on ENWorld I'm going to go do something important... Buy a latte (at Starbucks, of course)! See ya in a few guys!

Great Wayne Renolds Art that Dragon would never use for a cover

Think of it as reality TV, except on your ENWorld messageboards. This is how the conversations at Paizo sometimes end up going on Friday. It's just more public today. :p

Great Wayne Renolds Art that Dragon would never use for a cover

Dude... Dude... Why you gotta bring family into this? That just ain't right, man. :( **hugs his truck**

Speaking of headshots of passively interested adventurers...

Great Wayne Renolds Art that Dragon would never use for a cover

Wait a sec... when did Maryland toys become viable fighting weapons? Very well, if Jason is going to up the carnage I'll do my part. You've been forewarned James... consider the squeaky crab INVOKED! **squeak squeak**

...and by below Jason means, of course, above. ;) Just looking out for my fellow Dragon editors... :p

Great Wayne Renolds Art that Dragon would never use for a cover

As you drive east toward the mountains I'll be heading south to lay claim to your TV and surround sound system. In other words, Jason's rampage + James's flight = Mike's profit. You know, I kinda like the sound of that. :)

Great Wayne Renolds Art that Dragon would never use for a cover

There there WizarDru, Dragon at least will always continue to put out top-quality products as we have for most of our 29 years. I don't know about those Dungeon guys, though... they look a little sketchy to me.

You say that like our cover artists are poor or something. I'd put it to you that, on the contrary, our cover artists are excellent. :)

Great Wayne Renolds Art that Dragon would never use for a cover

When you get a chance I hope you can check out Dragon issues #326, #328, and #329 for covers that might be more along the lines of what you're asking for. One could even argue that the cover for #330 is a departure from conventional magazine wisdom. I'm not sure what Erik and Sean (our art...

Pathfinder 1E Paizo: Number of monthly submissions?

Keep in mind that is just for the main email account, and it mainly deals with features proposals. Wes and I also get proposals sent to us for the departments we've been put in charge of. While I can't speak for Wes, I see anywhere from 1 to 10 Class Act or Bazaar of the Bizarre proposals every...

Pathfinder 1E Paizo improved? probably a myth

<mini-hijack> Hey there Swordsmasher, Which Class Acts do you like and dislike? If not specifically, at least which kinds? We can't please everyone, of course, but it's always nice to know what readers like and dislike. :) </mini-hijack>

    McFarlanes’S Dragons are out.

These dragons look amazing. Many of the guys here in the office are talking about using them in their games. That's troubling to me, as I'm in two of those campaigns! ;)

Dragon Magazine & Dungeon Magazine on CD

That's not totally clear to me. It might certainly be one of the contributing factors. The main legal problem, as I understand it, had to do with other parts of the magazine being reprinted.

    Dragon & Dungeon Mag Queries

The Paizo boards have a thread similar to this with a couple of example query letters that I, at least, considered to be quite good. Of course, Jason and Wes might have different ideas of what makes a good query letter. It pains me to say it but we are still recovering from the three-in-a-row...

Dragon Magazine & Dungeon Magazine on CD

Legal problems, yes. Author's rights, no. Dragon buys full rights to the articles from its authors. We are. Keep watching the magazines and Paizo's website. Humming the tune to When You Wish Upon a Star might be appropriate. :D That is all I can say.
