This is false. Wizards of the Coast still owns Dragon. Dungeons & Dragons R&D, D&D's Special Projects Manager, and numerous other Wizards of the Coast personnel approve every article Dragon prints. Dragon stays in contact with Wizards of the Coast through each step of the process, and every...

There is a very good reason for the high number of flaws articles in the first few issues that featured the Class Acts: Mr. Pocklington provided us with the articles and nobody else gave us anything else to run. Now that we've been doing Class Acts for several months and I have begun actively...

Well, we would certainly love to be able to do something like that. Unfortunately, there simply isn't enough time in a day or enough days in a week to put out a thirteenth Dragon every year. Now, if you could make 36-hour days and 10-day weeks...well...we'd probably just be too exhausted, but...

Well, we're not batting for consistent quality--we're batting for improved quality. We're striving to make each issue better than the one before, both in regard to content and appearance. So please let us know how we're doing. Thanks everyone for your feedback. :)

I agree that the Red Steel lupins certainly had the coolest culture associated with them. Lupins through the years have had two other cultures ascribed to them. The #325 article takes one of those other cultures and expands upon it in (hopefully) a cool way. We hope y'all like what you see! :)

They actually first appeared in X2: Castle Amber, but you're right that they've been updated and expanded several times in Basic D&D, first edition, and second edition. However, they're quite cool in any edition and any culture. :)
