Threadcromantic Interlude
In the wake of all the 4E haterade, I could use a good laugh.
Does anyone else wish to tell us a tale of RBDMhood (any edition)?

Responding to the Yellow Oracle
Good point, however (IMHO) 4E is chiefly concerned with enhancing tabletop combat and (to a lesser extent) improving plot pacing.

Welcome to the World of Magehammer (Reprise)
I also fear that 4E will sacrifice D&D's limited verisimilitude in the name of false streamlining (i.e., removing some of 3E's superfluous rules but adding more cumbersome MMORPG/MtG/wargame elements).

You Gotta Know When to Fold 'Em
Although my 4E hate has made me powerful, I am a fan of its "folded" skills (e.g., Perception, Stealth, Streetwise).

Logos!
Agreed. 4E will probably provide more options during combat, but it also appears to limit campaign customization by marrying specific aesthetics with its rules.

Thank You, Mr. Gygax
He was a scholar and a gentleman, who created a noble art and dedicated his life to defending it.
May his memory be eternal.

Crimson Reckoning (Reprise)
My black heart is saddened by rumors that Thay will be one of them (after it gets überthrashed by the Spellplague).

Enter the Taurus
Zurgas de-Orgil is a minotaur exile from Kothas who once served in the Emperor's elite bodyguard. Parliamentary usurpers disbanded his order and killed most of his bretheren.
He is currently a 4th level (LN/LE) monk.

4orked Market
My one hope is that WotC allows the Forgotten Realms to continue developing signature fluff (e.g., not forcing Faerûn to accept Dragonborn or Golden Wyvern Adepts).
