I actually liked the 2nd D&D movie more, it felt a lot more like an actual D&D game I would GM or play in... It had a somewhat serious plot, almost no smirking. Plus cool Barbarian girl. :)

GMing involves interacting with players, understanding their wants and needs, and in many ways putting them first. It requires a high degree of objectivity and judgement. Not seeing how this system involves anything like GMing. It seems more of a single player (or group play?) settlement...
