For extra hilarity, try choosing specific pages/page ranges to print instead of running the whole character sheet. The pages that result are... unpredictable. (At least on my HP printer/scanner/copier in Win7, but I have heard others report the same problem)

Seems about right. I play an Artful Dodger Rogue who at level 12 had a base 30, +2 if she shifted a couple squares during her turn. Makes sense that a defender with similar feat investment should end up a couple points ahead of a light-armor striker.
