The problem is that T7 to P8 is not a valid charge. When you charge an enemy, you must take the shortest route to the target. From T7, it costs 3 squares of movement to get to Q8 which is adjacent to the target, vs 4 squares of movement to get to P8. You would have to charge to Q8 instead, but...

Actually, Ashurn started in S7, right? He couldn't reach P8 with the shift 2. Hmm. We could say Ashurn used a move action to walk to P8 for the attack, but then he couldn't shift back to R7 at the end of his turn. Would that be good?

That charge movement doesn't quite work out, but it's all good since you could just as well have used your first shift to go to P8. You wouldn't get the +1 charge bonus, but you easily hit anyway. Combat advantage is coming from prone in this case. The scuttler has at least one creature...
