    Divine Focus

I'd allow it, but require either someone with the Craft Wonderous Item feat, or Craft Tattooing at a fairly high rank (DC 25 or 30). I'd put the cost at 250gp, roughly what a gold holy symbol would cost (as figured from what the silver holy symbol costs).

    Salt and Oozes

Not to mention it's a material component for the cleric spell Cure Light Meats.

    "Best" non-core 4 character party?

With 6 whole half hineys (honestly I think they're quarter arsed, but that's just me) you're bound to function at least as well as three whole hineys!

    Enlarge Person and Reach Weapons

I was gonna say they looked familiar.

    "Worst" non-core party?

Worst non-core... I'll go with Beguiler for Arcane, Marshal for the skill monkey, Spirit Shaman for Divine, and Swashbuckler for Warrior goodness.

Do wands destroy the 3.x adventure paradigm?

Hate to hop on a bandwagon here, but I'll simplify this more than anyone else has thus far. Wands cost you, spells per day do not. Smart money rests, using wands when they're outta spells, or lack the needed spell on hand (AKA Knock, Grease, Cure Wounds).

    Intrinsic Gear (Epic)

Here's an idea. A variable level PrC specifically for becoming a diety designed much in the manner as the [animal] Lord, King/Queen of the [environment], or [foe] hunter classes. In short a customizable PrC, which has the entry requirements based on the portfolio and domains in which they wish...

    Salt and Oozes

Was just about to say that. It'd be an insane money making scheme for low levelers, cornering the salt markets because some nimrod is selling it obscenely cheap.

    Intrinsic Gear (Epic)

Actually I thought all the dieties and whatnot were buffed out on Incarnum, using their own souls to kick much ass.

    Bestow Curse

Curse of slipping - Subject's feet (or boots) constantly exude a foul smelling greasy substance which forces the subject to make a Balance check against DC 15 + Caster Level or fall prone every size hours (obviously does not happen while already prone such as sleeping, but getting up in the...

    Command: Die

Actually there is a case where Command: Die might work. If memory serves the Asherati (sp?) are held together only due to their diety, thus renouncing the faith is certain death. So with a single round's worth of actions an Asherati may kill itself, without so much as using an action...

    Rap Video Magic Items!!!1!

You forgot the giant gold chain! Gold Chain Extremely thick links of chain, normally only seen in logging, and construction sites, made of specially enchanted gold/ This chain grant a natural armor bonus equal to the number of actual chains worn around the neck (max 6), because only the 'hard'...

    Fox's cunning and oozes?

Perhaps I failed to mention this. But I'm not a RAW is gospel kind of guy. I look for intent and meaning behind rules to make my choices, and from there extrapolate further if needed. You're talking RAW, I'm not.

    Fox's cunning and oozes?

I'm asserting that the Max Dex Bonus on armor has, in theory, a possibility of a negative number as it's basis is how much the armor in question hinders your natural movement. An absurd statement as above has no relevance to my previous statements. Quit being obtuse, it's highly annoying.

    My take on the beholder

And you'll be raising the creature's CR with this correct?

Spire of Long Shadows Spoilers - Tanglefoot+Silence and WoStone Beatdown

What if they did? They're appearently so optimized for magic about the worst they could do otherwise is throw rocks at it.

    Fox's cunning and oozes?

Talking RAW you're correct a 'bonus' shouldn't include possibilities for a negative number (unless you're playing 2e where many such times did it occur). However the concept is laid out that the MDB is how much a character's dexterity is limited by the armor for AC purposes. At which point...

    Fox's cunning and oozes?

Yes, but it's generally known as Max Dex Bonus (or just Max Dex). With that value at a -1 it may as well be totally renamed Min Dex Penalty.

Spire of Long Shadows Spoilers - Tanglefoot+Silence and WoStone Beatdown

I forget, can you cast an Anti-Magic Field on your familiar? If so I'd toss my hawk (raven, gerbil with a firecracker strapped to his back) familiar with one of those on and watch as these super sorcs turn to power pansies.

Has there ever been rules forbidding ranged attacks during Rage?

I recall such abilitites in Oriental Adventures. It's called Ki Frenzy, and has a couple mostly cosmetic differences.
