    Bearded Devil - Infernal Wound

I could only hope that the line meant that healing checks *could* help restore HP that normally would not be gained through rest alone.

Reworking Favored Enemy and 'Precision' damage

Preamble (or Ramble, I'll point out where I get to game theory). Maybe I should've worded it the other way around, but I submit that both work on the same (or at least similar) principle. Both the Ranger and Rogue fight more effectively against certain targets due to a knowledge of their...

    Favored Enemy Undead, subtypes

While it is a decent enough bonus in damage it's going to be countered by the vast number of zombies with DR, the limited usefulness of many ranger spells (of which several are concerned with crits), and the MAD rangers have always had. While yes this is overall a power boost I put forth that...

    Favored Enemy Undead, subtypes

That's an obscene nerfing! Personally since undead are *immune* to crits, massive damage, and a host of other things leaving them as a singular option is not going to make a Ranger much more powerful than they are in a 'normal' campaign. If you're (un)dead set on forcing a split then I'd make...

    Material synergy

Actually I'd rule that black dragon scales are naturally acid resistant and give resistance of 2/5/10 for ligbht medium and heavy armors respectively. If memory serves there are already non-magical mantles that do the same thing, though I forget the amount of resistance they endow.

    Death Bringer

My response is all you need to know this isn't a good idea. I'm sure if not for that response it would fall off the radar unnoticed. No thanks needed.

    Homebrewed Spell: True Critical

Magic's not my forte, but I'd call it as: y;y;n... Make that last one a Hell No. 1) Because it's effect lasts for a decent amount of time and you're just begging someone to use this on a huge scythe wielded by an enlarged Tenser's caster. 2) Meh... sounds good to me. 3) Are you kidding me...

    No... Just no.

Or any poison what has damage of unconsciousness.

    silent mugging

I was assuming you weren't happy with any of the options that Quartz mentioned, which are all valid and very well known options for oing just that. DiceGolem also mentioned another way to do such.

    silent mugging

Actually there's an Ambush feat that does something similar. Trade in some sneak attack and you silence your enemy for something like 3 rounds. Since you may damage on a grapple it's completely possible to 'mug' someone as you suggest.

Ademantine Sword How does it work?

What about clubs? They don't have any sharp bits!

Phantom Steed and casters who gain weight

As long as you remain medium size there should be no problems. However, a creature must be willing and able to serve as a mount. Part of being able is being at least one size category larger than the rider, so your ideas of becoming large on a large steed just wont work.

Reworking of Races, Subraces and Existing Campaign Worlds

Personally I'm getting in an uproar because there's already 2 elf races, and we don't need any more dagnabit! Honestly I was going to keep an open mind about 4e till I got some more information, and look what it's got me, more F'n elves!

Skill based feats - a few ideas

The two subsequent feats are the main incentive for taking it in the first place, but honestly these feats are intended for NPCs, so that you don't have Adam Adventurer being better at Carl Craftman's job just because Adam's a higher level and has extra skill points.

Skill based feats - a few ideas

5 + 1.5 per level instead of 3 + 1 per level. I guess that information was lost with the old computer. Better add that to my notes.

    Time for traps!

It was the real item, just filled with ooze instead of water. Turns out oozes don't cure much, even when within the goblet. And it only worked once a year, but they never found out that part as they gave it back like they were asked.

Skill based feats - a few ideas

They don't even have to be related skills IMC. It just represents natural aptitude placed into two skills. Skill Focus Benefit: Gain a +2 bonus to any two skills. Skill Focus, Greater Requirements: Improved Skill Focus Benefit: Gain a +3 bonus to any skill. Additionally the selected skill is...

    Time for traps!

Laying a trap in a dungeon seems unjustly cruel to you? The specific example I gave was of a party some years back. They were great sports about it because they knew they let their guard down. The funniest bit was that they had enough healing left to keep the barbarian alive *after* this...

Skill based feats - a few ideas

Just nitpicking here, but those feats don't offer extra skillpoints, but an unnamed bonus to your skill. Personally I've condensed all the +2, +2 feats into a single one that adds +2 to any two feats, and expanded upon the original skill focus allowing a character to evenually add +10 to their...
