As a Centaur (with their 4 HD and 2 LA) what is the earliest level I can get Ki Blast? I'm thinking it's 17+ as you need 8 BAB, (and two feats I plan to get as a monk) and a free feat, but I think I'm missing something.

Easy! Add +5 Defending to 2 spiked gauntlets, to the Mithril fullplate, and swapping the +5 tower shield for a +5 defending spiked +5 heavy shield. The defending AC bonus 'stacks with all others' so it's easiest to abuse so absurdly.

Is there something wrong with attempting to boost your AC higher than the Earth's AB? Even though Earth rolls a 1 once in awhile, why not maximize your chances of comming away unhurt when it rolls a 2?

That doesn't make sense. A sap can't deal lethal damage to a person, so how is it able to CDG him then?

Let me rephrase. I thought the FAQ clarified that CDG worked on creatures with Regeneration even if it only caused non-lethal damage. Nevermind. After checking the new FAQ (I hadn't updated in awhile), the FAQ answered a question about delivering a CDG with a non-lethal weapon.
