I'm sure they'll fix that... there must be hundreds of websites that charge for subscriptions, and they don't seem to have loopholes like that. What with the launch of Gleemax it's probably just not a high priority.

I got your example and I think it's very cool. One thought I had, which you can take or leave: what about presenting it as a Wiki? That way someone could click on "Dacs" when reading the Akavar entry and learn about the Dacs at the same time.

I think that's a fantastic idea. Generic templates are boring and won't fill monster manuals, but unique creatures would make the Feywild/Shadowfell exciting instead of repetitive.

1) A hill giant would be a Large zombie. A halfling would be a Small zombie. Do you think it's good game design to have a difference between halfling zombies and gnome zombies? 2) Each monster can have equipment added to it. Zombies are no different. 3) Maybe only humanoids can become zombies...

I'm pleasantly surprised that most people tend to agree with me: have no difference between arcane and divine, or a significant difference. Most jarring is the ambivalence we have now.

I understand what you're saying now, but I don't think I agree with it. You talk about fey having a "mental and moral framework" which is utterly different - and then say their fundamental natures would need to be different to facilitate this... but I don't think that's necessary. A paladin...

The DDM stat block is on the other side. These are the stats for the D&D RPG, and in the past all of the statblock has been included on the card.

Surely creatures that share a type can have conflict? Mortal Humanoid [Human]s manage to have plenty of conflicts amongst themselves, let alone with Mortal Humanoid [Orc]s. I don't see that that would be any different with angels and fey. This, on the other hand, I completely understand.
