IOC we give +1 spell casting every other level and take away the size increase. Not perfect but agreed on by the PC and the DM. and I agree about the 5 level PRC. -Marc

This almost happened in our group once so the DM seeing this coming split up the party for a couple of playing sessions, and when the party got back together the conflict had died down a lot.
