Had to vote for Spelljammer, Birthright, Darksun, and Eberron. The first three represent my favorite TSR (early WotC) settings, and Eberron is my current favorite setting. It would be nice to see a 3rd party company be given the rights to do a book or two on the older settings.

Another fun combo with Animal Growth and SNA is Rhinos. Huge Rhinos doing powerful charges deal heaps and heaps of damage. If you can get 3 Rhinos and have them all charge one enemy in a round it is pretty amazing. I believe that the damage is almost smackdown worthy.

The 3.5 DMG has a wealth of hidden things that were added when they revised it. The section on special paladin mounts is one of them, same thing with improved familiars. Lots of great stuff. Though now I can't find the CR/Experience table without looking in the index.
