    The Dusty rose Ioun stone will provide a +1 Insight bonus, but that's not a spell. Taking the Otherworldly feat will make you an outsider so you can Alter Self into a Dwarf Ancestor and get +18 Natural Armor (+21 w/ Barkskin). Though, some consider this debatable.

    What suffix are you considering? In either case you've got several levels of full-casting you need to tack onto the end in order to get 9th level arcane spells. I'd suggest Fatespinner for the super easy entry, Archmage if you have the feat slots to spare, or Incantatrix for some metamagic...
