Issue #3 is the strongest so far, and the design/layout improvements are a big part of that. I can only recommend that you take a look yourself. My favorite article this issue was Ari's, and the full page art to accompany it is just gorgeous.

The Rise of the Runelords Player's Guide is a free PDF download at the Paizo site, and it contains the Sandpoint map (which you can even copy/paste without the labels).

There are some in the CR 15+ range, but not too many, IIRC. What comes to mind are the Dragons, the Master of the Hunt, and some of the "giant worm" type monsters. Maybe some of the more powerful Infernals.

Lots of the existing miniatures have been given stats in Monsternomicon #1 and #2.
