This is true, but a mage will still have to burn a feat for *each* type of armor or shield they want to wear without taking spell failure, and since they have to start at light armor, there is still a pretty significant trade off.

Doesn't look too bad to me. The only thing I'm noticing, as someone who also plays a warmage, is that there wasn't a lot of rhyme or reason to a few of the spells you took out. For example, flaming sphere and scorching ray are two perfect spells for a warmage, IMO. I'm not sure why they would be...

Well, I wanted something that could specifically give the ability to transport higher level scrolls (and other important documents) across the world. I've reduced the price and removed the penalty. Let me know what you think of the revised version.
